Adhere to General Work Requirements Analyzes complex business situations with the department and research alternative solutions. Manage, Design and implement process change management process, including the governance required to ensure adherence to improvement efforts across the applicable site Manage, Design and implement process change management, for example, business case development, process implementation training, process mapping, team development Support the development of process strategies for improvement/enhancements across the business unit working process center teams to foster strategic alignment, including the use of the house of quality to ensure alignment Support process development and teams integrating objectives for business unit success Assist the leadership with improving the overall decision-making structure and processes of process change management meetings for the applicable site to ensure adherence to process governance Lead the working level process improvement teams in developing improvement projects for cost, schedule and quality improvements, for example, funding, schedule, and expected results for individual process initiatives How to thrive in this role? Typically, 8 years of proven experience in process management improvement.
