EASA PART-147 Planning & Administration Manager, MINT Administrator and Invigilator At SR Technics, we aspire to be the most customer-centric and innovative MRO company in the industry. To strengthen our Training Services team, we are looking for an experienced and highly competent EASA Part-147 Planning & Administration Manager, MINT Administrator and Invigilator who shares our passion for excellence in aviation training.

As a EASA PART-147 Planning & Administration Manager, MINT Administrator and Invigilator and a key member of the Training Services team, you act as the central planning and administration postholder for our EASA Part-147 and PART-145 training operations. You are the primary point of contact for all stakeholders within the approval and ensure that training activities are planned, documented and executed in full compliance with aviation authority regulations, national labor legislation and SR Technics standards.
You lead the daily operational planning of the Training Department using our ERP system MINT, coordinating instructors, subject matter experts, product designers and training resources. In this role, you ensure efficient resource allocation, transparent information flow and accurate operational reporting.
You also serve as the system administrator for MINT, overseeing configuration, automated workflows and interfaces with other IT systems including SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS and the SR Technics WebShop.
Beyond operational planning, you ensure reliable financial and operational reporting, maintain compliant training records, and support the continuous improvement of training processes and services.
As an approved Part-147 Invigilator, you are responsible for the compliant and flawless conduct of examinations under our approval in accordance with aviation authority requirements and SR Technics MTOE standards.
In addition, you contribute to the development of new training products and services, particularly in the field of engine maintenance training, acting as an interface between operational, technical and development teams
Your tasks This role is critical for ensuring regulatory compliance, operational planning and data governance across all Part-147 and PART-145 training activities. By ensuring accurate planning, reliable system management of MINT, and compliant examination processes, the position supports the safe and efficient delivery of all training activities and serves as a key coordination interface between instructors, management, regulatory requirements and customers.
Planning & Operations
Plan internal and external training resources in line with customer demand and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning data in MINT
Communicate planning updates to all stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner
Coordinate instructors, SMEs, training resources (aircraft access, flight simulators, e.g.) and all logistics related abroad for optimal operational delivery
Prepare and close course documentation packages for internal and external training
Systems & Data Governance
Act as MINT system administrator, maintaining system configuration and workflows
Manage interfaces with corporate systems such as SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS and the WebShop
Ensure MINT remains the single source of truth for planning information
Compile operational and financial KPIs and provide regular reporting
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain complete and compliant training records in accordance with Part-147 requirements
Administer course documentation for audits and regulatory oversight
Issue training certificates once all administrative and financial steps are completed
Coordinates customer screening based on export control procedures & blacklists by the authority
Examinations & Training Administration
Invigilate examinations as an approved Part-147 Invigilator
Manage WBT registrations and assignments for external customers
Administer open-seat training offers and B2C bookings
Financial Coordination
Track training invoices and monitor billing status
Support reporting on operational performance and sales forecasts
Organizational Support
Arrange travel requirements for the employees using Online Travel Booking tool (flight, hotel, local transport) according to company travel policy
Issue of individual company credit cards for the staff during business travel and monitor the travel expenses.
Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes
Your Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in MINT planning within the aerospace or aviation training industry
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field
Highly proficient user of MINT Software Systems
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to coordinate complex operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cultures and organizational levels
Experienced working in international aviation environments
Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1); German (minimum B2) is an advantage
Experience with SAP, AMC, GEMS, RogerHR, IW LMS, WebShop and MS Office
