As a Finance Manager you will play a key role in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, working closely with internal stakeholders in Switzerland and China to ensure accurate, timely, and business-relevant financial information. Mandarin fluency is essential, as this position involves reviewing and exchanging financial data in Chinese. Your tasks
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and operational performance data
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and deadlines across entities
Serve as the key financial liaison between the Swiss HQ and Chinese operations
Consolidate and validate financial data across multiple locations, including reports received in Chinese
Assist with investment and M&A-related financial analysis
Proactively support process improvements and automation within finance
Collaborate with auditors and contribute to internal financial reviews
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or controlling
Strong understanding of financial reporting, ideally in an international or group structure
Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination abilities across cultures and time zones
Precise, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
