Our mission: We safely power your flight.   As a General Ledger Accountant Expert   you will be performing a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department for entities in Switzerland, Serbia and abroad - jointly responsible for the month / quarterly / year-end closing. Your tasks Check and register travel expense reports for various companies within the Group Record and reconcile daily bank transactions, ensuring all entries are accurately reflected in the general ledger Execute month-end closing processes Perform Intercompany reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliations Prepare VAT returns and reconcilaition for various companies within the Group for the countries Serbia, Switzerland, Australia, the UK, Singapore, Ireland, etc. Analyze key accounts, understand related processes, compile data, and prepare various financial reports. Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records in SAP Collaborate and prepare reports and data for external and internal audit, ensuring timely submission and compliance with audit requirements Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred as a minimum Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in accounting Strong background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong overall IT literacy, experience working with SAP, experience with LucaNet or a similar consolidation tool is an advantage Additional requirements: Operational/specialized knowledge in accounting, strong analytical skills, quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes, high level of self-awareness, self-control, and self-discipline, specialized and proactive approach to accounting-related tasks Technical and Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel skills (formulas, functions, pivot tables) We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
