As a HR Manager you will: Your tasks
Own and lead all HR activities across the Function, acting as the key contact for all People-related matters
Provide coaching to the Function Head, leaders and employees to support organizational development, ensure positive team dynamics and foster performance, growth and change
Support and coordinate People Development initiatives, including training needs analysis and talent development
Accelerate the development of the Functional Leadership team and its culture
Engage with the organisation as to ensure change is implemented
Promote and develop strategies and programmes to ensure a positive culture across the business
Contribute and be a role model for company transformation and new ways of working
Manage absence cases and coordinate reintegration processes for long-term sick employees (Case Management)
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, advanced degree or HR certification is a plus
5+ years of experience in a similar role or as a business leader with a strong affinity for HR and technical industries
Driven, energetic and committed to working at the highest standard
Ability to interface effectively and confidently at all levels of the organisation
Operational knowledge of key HR processes and activities as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of Swiss labor law and employment legislation
Proficiency in English (Level C1), German language skills is an advantage
