As a Planning and Logistics Administrator you will: Your tasks
Administer Time Management for Planning, Logistics and Module/ Engine Cell teams in ZRH
Maintain Training tool for Planning, Logistics and Module/ Engine Cell teams in ZRH
Maintain and manage OJT of Logistics and Planning department
Support onboarding new employees and maintaining personal files (e.g., sick leaves, employee expenses, Jubilee)
Support and deputize in monitoring and managing Q-Notifications and Non-Conformance including weekly statistics report
Support with document scanning (Kofax software) and maintaining Hyper archive
Support and deputize in timely processing of worldwide export shipments
Support in proactive update of Planning and Logistics related Work instructions and Processes
Support Continuous Improvement activities within the organization
Backoffice tasks: ordering office material for ZRH Team
Implementation and sustain 5S principles
Your Profile
University degree preferably in Business Administration
MS Office tools proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full professional proficiency in English (B2 level)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Administration, preferably within cross functional teams and in multicultural environments
Experience in SAP would be considered as plus
A self-disciplined, consequent personality is required
Communicative team player with positive attitude, solution, and customer-oriented mindset
Demonstrates a high level of personal accountability and attention to detail
Flexible and willing to accept change in priorities as necessary
Basic knowledge and readiness for LEAN and 5S activities
