Our mission: We safely power your flight.   To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:    Supervisor – Engine Shop Your tasks Lead and coach a team of technicians in daily engine shop operations Ensure compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality standards Guarantee high-quality workmanship in line with OEM, regulatory, and internal procedures Plan and allocate resources effectively, including shifts and vacation planning Oversee onboarding, qualification, and development of team members Monitor team performance and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Drive the implementation of Lean principles and 5S on the shop floor Ensure efficient coordination of disassembly, assembly, inspection, and handover processes in collaboration with Planning, Engineering, and Quality Manage shop floor documentation and ensure compliance and audit readiness.  Your Profile Completed technical education (e.g. 4-year apprenticeship or equivalent) Proven leadership experience in a technical or production environment Engine MRO or aviation experience preferred Hands-on leadership style with a structured focus on quality and process Good written and spoken English skills, German is a plus Willingness to work in a 2-shift model Clear communicator with strong team leadership skills Confident using MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.  We offer We offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
