Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Managers (internal/external) to achieve ambitious sales objectives. Set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability to ensure consistent team success. Ensure strong sales execution by conducting regular field visits, training sessions, and performance reviews. Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with business goals and market opportunities. Drive achievement of sales and profitability targets, managing both primary and secondary sales. Manage key accounts and strategic relationships , strengthening customer loyalty and market influence. Identify growth opportunities across project, retail, and institutional lighting segments. Lead commercial negotiations for key or large-scale regional deals. Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners. Support project and specification activities, engaging with architects, consultants, and contractors to secure brand specifications. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity , recommending actions to drive results. Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and pipeline summaries to support decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Solid experience as a sales professional in the lighting or electrical industry , including some years in a managerial leadership role . You have proven leadership and people‑management skills that can inspire and motivate teams. You are strong in business acumen, commercial strategy, and negotiation for complex deals. You are a confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills . You know lighting products, applications, and market segments . You have experience in working with CRM systems, data-driven analysis tools, and Microsoft Office . Ability to perform in a dynamic environment, making fast, informed decisions. Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage). Ideally, you have an education in Engineering or Business Administration, with an MBA preferred.
