By joining our team as an Area Sales Manager , located in Belgrade , you will have an important role in managing sales activities and expanding our market share in Serbia. You will be fostering strong relationships with customers in the Outdoor Public Lighting and Industry sector, with the aim to grow business and promote our innovative lighting solutions.
Responsibilities
Understanding of Outdoor Public Lighting (OPL) and Industry sector drivers and opportunities in order to develop strategies and tactics to achieve profitable growth. Developing and implementing professional account plans for key customers in line with guidance with Country Manager. Effectively selecting and managing key projects to achieve high levels of profitable project conversions. Building and maintaining a broad mix of key account types including Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Outdoor Lighting Consultants specializing in Public Lighting, Installing Contractors specializing in Public Lighting, Landscape Architects and similar. Developing broad based personal contacts in key accounts and projects to facilitate effective sales & business development. Taking ownership of the personal sales budget and delivering specifications, sales, margin, mix and conversion results in line with agreed objectives.
Skills & Experience

You have understanding of the lighting and industrial, construction or building services sector with relevant experience in a sales role. You have a proven track record of profitable long-term business partnerships and strong commercial mind-set. You have great communication skills with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. You are a natural relationship builder who works closely with colleagues to ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything you do. You are able to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are encountering challenges with a positive attitude and having an interest in technology. You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP) and full professional proficiency in Serbian language and very good English skills.
