BIM Technician (m/f/d) BIM Technician (m/f/d) Belgrade, Serbia - Full Time SpotLIGHT of the job By joining our team as BIM Technician, located in Belgrade , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D BIM models, creating Revit families, and supporting project teams with technical Revit assistance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit software. Develop and maintain Revit families and ensure they comply with industry standards and company protocols. Assist in developing Revit templates and standards for the organization. Taking information from multiple plans and incorporating them into a single Revit family, which can be used further and implemented into projects Ensure the collaboration and coordination internally and/or externally with other disciplines in the design-phase. Making model or/and families changes according to the BIM coordination demands. Update and manage BIM documentation and project files. Support project teams by providing Revit-related technical assistance. Liaising with design teams, clients, architects, engineers and project/product managers. You have solid educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Revit modeling or drafting. You are proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and similar tools. You have good knowledge of BIM Standards, IFC formats and other BIM protocols. Certification in BIM-related courses will be taken into consideration as an advantage You have relevant understanding of construction processes and building systems ability to interpret technical drawings. You thrive as a team player, showing a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues while having a desire to grow and develop your skills. Showing initiative, problem-solving skills and attention to detail is the way you contribute to a positive customer experience and foster good communication.
