In this role, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner to deliver strategic people initiatives and support day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations , including employee records, HRIS updates, and HR documentation. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Coordinate interview scheduling and support talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives. Participate in onboarding sessions and early-talent engagement activities. Support employee engagement initiatives , surveys, and DE&I programs. Assist in performance review cycles, training coordination, and development initiatives. Collect and analyze HR data (turnover, recruitment, attendance) and contribute to HR dashboards. Support the HRBP team with employee relations activities, policy updates, and compliance tasks. Skills & Experience You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field. You have fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English - written and spoken. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can interact at all levels. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Professionalism and discretion are part of you when handling confidential information. You are proficient in MS Office ; knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus. Genuine passion for HR and strong motivation to learn about HR business partnering.
