In this role, you will support the local Sales team by managing the end-to-end bid and quote process, ensuring customer expectations are met, and contributing to the success of electrical and lighting projects. Responsibilities Manage the complete bid and quote process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals, supporting overall sales growth. Prepare technical and commercial offers aligned with customer needs and business guidelines. Collaborate closely with sales, lighting designers, and controls & systems teams to select the appropriate products and solutions. Liaise with internal teams (CPD, TPP, Order Management, and others) to ensure smooth project delivery. Implement, manage, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement in internal processes. Handle spare parts inquiries and generate Custom Product Requests, coordinating with factories and suppliers to meet agreed service and quality targets. Provide excellent customer support via telephone and email, maintaining high service standards. Assist with other ad hoc duties related to the role to improve department efficiency. Technical background in electrical engineering, electrical installation, or a related field. Experience as a project manager or technical lead within construction or installation projects. Proven experience in tendering, bid preparation, and technical/financial calculations. Strong understanding of electrical and lighting solutions. Structured, self-driven, and commercially aware approach. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in both Danish and English. Confident user of IT tools, including Excel, project management software, and relevant calculation tools. Experience with SAP or Salesforce CRM is an advantage. Full professional proficiency in Danish with very good verbal and written English language skills.
