We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant & Project Manager to play a key role in our global HR transformation program. You will lead major SuccessFactors rollouts, shape end‑to‑end HR processes, and ensure seamless integration across our HRIS landscape. This is a high‑impact role with a clear transformation roadmap , including the rollout of Employee Central (05/2026), Compensation & Benefits and Performance & Goals (12/2026), Recruiting & Onboarding and Succession & Development (04/2027), LMS replacement (10/2027), time tracking migration (EOB 2027), a strategic payroll sourcing decision (2028), and full decommissioning of legacy systems by 2028. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of multiple SuccessFactors modules , ensuring readiness for the 2026–2028 rollout roadmap. Manage requirements, workshops, testing cycles, cutover coordination, and post-go-live stabilization across global stakeholders. Drive process harmonization and digitalization in partnership with HR and IT teams. Support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, S/4HANA , and other platforms; oversee data migration and data quality governance. Coordinate LMS replacement (SAP vs Cornerstone) and facilitate the transition of time-tracking and future payroll models into the HRIS architecture. Produce clear documentation, deliver training, and foster change adoption across business units. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including AI-driven enhancements to HR processes and system utilization.
Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, P&G, Comp, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.). Strong project management skills with experience in global or multi‑country HRIS rollouts. Solid understanding of HR processes and configuration methodologies. Experience with HR system integrations (SAP HCM / S/4HANA / middleware). Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Fluency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English , both written and spoken. Experience with LMS implementations or migrations is a nice-to-have. Background in data migration, data governance, or workforce analytics is a plus. Familiarity with payroll models (including EC Payroll) and transformation initiatives is a bonus. Exposure to AI/automation tools for HR process optimization would make a good impression.
